Terms & Conditions
StudyInfoWeb.ng Terms & Conditions covering accounts, services, admission and visa responsibility, payments, acceptable use and legal terms.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of StudyInfoWeb.ng, our student-support services, digital tools, subdomains and related features.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. About StudyInfoWeb.ng
StudyInfoWeb.ng is an education information and student-support platform. We provide study information, institution and programme research tools, consultation, document-preparation guidance, application-planning support and related digital services.
We are not a university, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, visa office, government agency or professional licensing body.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By using StudyInfoWeb.ng, creating an account, submitting information, purchasing a service or using a connected StudyInfoWeb.ng subdomain, you agree to these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
3. Student accounts
- You must provide accurate and current information.
- You are responsible for protecting your password and account access.
- You must not share another person's credentials or use another person's account without permission.
- You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, impersonation or attempts to interfere with the platform.
4. Education and admission information
Information on StudyInfoWeb.ng is provided for research and planning. Admission requirements, deadlines, tuition, programme availability, accreditation and immigration requirements can change. You should verify final information with the relevant university, regulator, embassy, consulate, visa office or government authority before making a decision or payment.
5. No admission guarantee
StudyInfoWeb.ng does not issue admission offers and does not control admission decisions. A university or institution alone decides whether an applicant satisfies its admission requirements. Payment for a StudyInfoWeb.ng service does not guarantee admission, scholarship, placement or enrolment.
6. No visa guarantee
StudyInfoWeb.ng does not grant, approve, issue, refuse or influence visas. Only the relevant embassy, consulate, visa office or immigration authority can decide a visa application. Guidance or document-preparation support does not guarantee visa approval.
7. Consultation and service fees
StudyInfoWeb.ng service pricing is based on the agreed scope of support. Before paid work begins, the proposed service and applicable quote should be explained to the student. The service may cover study/application planning, institution or programme research support and document-preparation guidance within the agreed scope.
University application fees, tuition, acceptance deposits, visa fees, biometrics, medical examinations, tests, translations, legalisation, insurance, accommodation, travel and other third-party or official charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Additional StudyInfoWeb.ng work requested outside the agreed service scope may attract an additional fee. Where applicable, we should disclose the additional StudyInfoWeb.ng charge before carrying out that additional paid service.
8. Your documents and information
You are responsible for ensuring that every document and statement you provide is genuine, accurate and complete. StudyInfoWeb.ng may decline to assist with documents that appear altered, misleading, fraudulent or unlawful.
9. Payments to universities and third parties
Where a university, government authority, testing provider, courier, insurer or other third party charges a fee, payment should be made through that organisation's official or authorised payment route. StudyInfoWeb.ng is not responsible for third-party pricing, refund decisions, delays or service failures outside our control.
10. Digital tools and downloads
StudyInfoWeb.ng may provide digital tools such as Resume Studio, CardStudio, document conversion and other downloadable or generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use and for ensuring that it is appropriate for your intended purpose.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use StudyInfoWeb.ng to:
- upload malware, malicious code or harmful files;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers or data;
- submit fraudulent academic, identity, financial or immigration documents;
- scrape or copy substantial parts of the platform in breach of applicable law or our rights;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- use the platform for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
12. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, StudyInfoWeb.ng branding, original website copy, layouts, software, graphics and platform materials are owned by or licensed to StudyInfoWeb.ng. Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
13. External links
Our website may link to universities, regulators, governments, payment processors, Google services and other third parties. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or decisions.
14. Service availability
We may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, technical or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
15. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StudyInfoWeb.ng is not responsible for losses caused by university admission decisions, visa or immigration decisions, third-party service failures, inaccurate information supplied by a user, changes made by institutions or authorities after publication, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian consumer or other law.
16. Privacy
Our handling of personal information and cookies is described in our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
17. Refunds
Refund treatment is described in our Refund Policy. University and third-party fees are governed by the organisation that received the money.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
19. Governing framework
These Terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Statutory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

Additional Terms for Agency Studio (25 October 2026)
The following provisions apply to businesses using StudyInfoWeb Agency Studio and supplement the general StudyInfoWeb Terms. Where these additional provisions address an agency-specific feature, they should be read together with the plan description and any other clearly disclosed checkout terms.
Agency registration and verification
Agency Studio is intended for registered businesses and authorised representatives. Agencies must provide accurate business information, a valid CAC registration number and authentic supporting registration documentation. Verification may require reasonable checks or clarification; approval is not guaranteed. A verification badge indicates a platform review, not government accreditation or a guarantee of an agency's services.
Agency accounts, staff and clients
The agency is responsible for activity by its authorised staff, protecting account credentials and obtaining lawful authority to process any student or client information uploaded to its workspace. Agencies must not upload sensitive documents without a legitimate service purpose and appropriate transparency or consent where required. Agencies must respect confidentiality and data-protection obligations and use secure channels for sensitive records.
Subscriptions and renewals
Starter, Pro and Elite are monthly subscription plans. The price, supported tools, template tiers, team seats, monthly design exports and conversion allowances are those displayed at checkout when the agency subscribes. Plan allowances may differ by tier. Unless clearly stated otherwise, allowances apply to the active billing period and unused credits do not automatically carry forward. A plan begins only after payment is verified and any required agency verification is complete.
At present, renewal may require a new payment each billing period. Automatic recurring charges are used only when explicitly offered and authorised; billing frequency, amount and cancellation instructions must be disclosed before consent. An agency may choose not to renew or, where automatic renewal is available, cancel future renewal through the stated account or support process. Cancellation does not automatically reverse an already completed billing period; the Refund Policy and applicable law apply.
Templates, design rights and uploads
During an active subscription, an agency may use licensed templates to create finished work for its own business or clients, within the plan's permitted commercial use. Unless a specific template licence states otherwise, agencies must not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the original editable template files as standalone products. The agency is responsible for securing rights to client photographs, names, logos, artwork and other material it uploads.
CVs, conversions and accuracy
Agencies must review exported resumes, CVs, cards and converted documents before delivering them. StudyInfoWeb provides creation and conversion tools but does not certify factual accuracy, guarantee job placement or guarantee that an external system will accept a particular format. Agency operators remain responsible for what they submit on behalf of a client.
Admission application tracking
Agency admissions tools help agencies privately record student enquiries, university options, document requirements and reported application progress. They do not automatically submit an application, pay institutional fees or guarantee an admission, scholarship or visa. Universities and authorities retain full decision-making responsibility. Agencies must not misrepresent an admission status or imply official affiliation without authorisation.
Access, safety and suspension
We may restrict access for suspected fraud, payment abuse, unauthorised account sharing, illegal documents, security threats or material violations, applying fair review where appropriate. Reasonable remedies for service defects and consumers' non-excludable rights remain available under applicable law.
Data handling and support
Review our Privacy & Cookies Policy for information on personal data and retention. Contact Agency Studio support for account, billing, data or service concerns.
